SMB Networking:
Some examples are setup and configuration of internet connection(s), wired and wireless routers and/or gateways, networked and non-networked printers, networked workstations and/or laptops, remote connectivity, server setup and configuration, system backups, sytems security, and database maintenance.
Training:
Some examples are training on new software, new ways to use existing software, basic computer skills, electronic device interfacing such as digital camera and/or MP3 player synchronization, and internet usage.
Home Networking:
Some examples are setup and configuration of modems, home routers/gateways (wired and wireless), home computers/laptops, PC security, and printers.
PC Maintenance:
Some examples are software installation and/or removal, virus/spyware/malware removal, operating system tune-up, and hardware repair/replacement.
On-site charge:
There is a flat fee charged for all on-site instances.
